Brassard and Ritter, LLC's pacePILOT website closed on December 31, 2006 and reorganized as "tools2improve" by Ritter Resources. This change is part of learning, growing and evolving. Brassard and Ritter are best known for co-creating and co-authoring The Memory Jogger™ series of pocket guides for continuous improvement and Sailing Through Six Sigma: How the Power of People Can Perfect Processes and Drive Down Costs.
Both Michael Brassard and Diane Ritter have joined separate companies pursuing both old and new interests. Michael is now President, Lean Learning Materials, the publishing division of Lean Enterprise Institute (LEI) headquartered in Cambridge, MA. Michael has had a long-time interest in Lean. Diane is now Director of Business Excellence for The Quality Group, a leading e-Learning content, infrastructure, and services company headquartered in Atlanta, GA. Diane's interest is doing more in blended e-learning as a better form of learning. She also continues her interest in Six Sigma and innovation.
